Smartbroker AG

My full-time job, but still worth mentioning. I work here as a front-end engineer and improve the broker app day by day. I implement new features, optimize performance and make the user interface as intuitive as possible. Whether it's developing complex trading functions, fine-tuning the user experience or working together with UX designers and backend colleagues - this is where I can fully utilize my creativity and technical expertise. Every day brings new challenges that help me grow, and that's what makes this job so exciting.

Private project, which I developed in my spare time. The customer is an IT company that specializes in the development of individual software solutions. What was special about this job was the implementation of various animations. These were realized with Framer Motion and Lottie.

Accessibility App

As part of my role at Smartbroker AG, I am responsible for ensuring the accessibility of the webapp. During my own research, I realized that there is no good learning platform for digital accessibility. For this reason, I am currently in the process of developing an app that brings interactive users closer to the WCAG 2.2 criteria. So far there are more than 30 lessons and I plan to complete and publish the app in 2025.

50+ websites developed

During my training, I developed more than 50 websites. These were mostly implemented in PHP, SCSS, Bootstrap and Javascript. For most of the projects, I created the design myself and developed the websites from scratch. This allowed me to learn the best practices in web design and web development. I appreciate that I have a good eye for detail due to my design background and the frontend has been my hobbyhorse so far.

Old Portfolio
